UMSY 1100-2200 SP

Double column heavy duty sawing machine for cutting high resistance hard to cut tough materials, from softest materials to Inconel , Titanium , Hi Temp alloys. Thanks to its special designed hydraulic double (split) vice jaw system the workpiece can be hold front and backwards of the sawblade so that the cutting performance increases. Also this split front vise results short material remnant length. Especially designed and developped for steel and metal service centers, forging , die and tool shops . Optionally machine can be quipped with carbide saw blades. For more accurate material positioning optional laser line is recommended.
